Deposit and payment
A deposit of 600 € is required for your reservation to be secured.
The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the start of the workshop.
Your spot is subject to cancelation if the remaining payment is not received as explained above.

Cancelation fees
90 days or more prior to workshop commencement: 300 € charge
60 days prior to workshop commencement: 600 € charge
Between 60 and 30 days prior workshop commencement: 50% of the workshop cost charge.
Less than 30 days prior to workshop commencement: 100% of the total cost charge.

In any of the cases above, if your cancellation does not result in us being unable to meet the minimum number of spaces required for the workshop to take place and your spot is filled by another participant, you will be fully refunded minus the payment processing fees.

Refunds in other circumstances
This workshop may be canceled before starting due to unexpected circumstances. This being the case, you will be able to choose between postponing the workshop or getting a refund.

Health and fitness
You need a level of fitness that allows you to walk easy to moderate trails for several hours.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate in asking us.

Risk assumption
You as a participant are responsible for your own safety, as well as for your photographic equipment.
There is always an element of personal risk during these outdoor activities.
You consent to these risks by accepting these conditions.

Weather
In the event of extreme weather conditions and depending on the location, we will adapt the itinerary to get the most out of our trip.

Visa
It is at your responsibility to obtain all required visa permits.

Travel insurance
To be able to attend this Workshop, a medical insurance coverage that is valid in the place that the Workshop takes place is required. Travel insurance must include coverage against personal accident, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.
We also recommend coverage against departure delays due to weather, airline strikes, travel cancelation for illness, injury, etc. Also consider a coverage against photographic equipment, etc.
